Bubby's

Came with a friend for brunch on a Monday and boy it was packed. Please plan ahead when coming here it was a 20-30 min wait for 2 people. Food was great though the hatch green chili sausage gravy and biscuits were great and my friend loved the gluten free pancakes. I'll be back for brunch again. Be warned it is a tight squeeze for space the tables are bunched up together not giving much wiggle room, can also be quite loud. But service was good we were taken care of promptly.

Delicious brunch/lunch spot. I went on a weekday mid-day to avoid crowds and was quickly seated outside. The pancakes are worth the hype. Eggs were perfectly cooled and bacon was crispy.

Chicken was cool. I prefer a lighter and smoother breading. But that’s personal - I know????????‍♀️???? the pancakes were good to me, they aren’t fluffy, they are closer to cake like which was extremely tasty. But dem’ POTATOES!!! They were Fire. I appreciate the combined sautéed veggies & potatoes. The flavor was cooked in and sealed with that sauté - def salute to the cook (chef). You don’t find many spots to combine their home fries like that vast iron skillet from childhood. I would go back on the home fries alone lol.
