April 8, 2026A very confusing waiting list, where you wait, then you get to the top of the list only to wait again, and then wait some more. Our table for 6 with two children was ignored for another half hour after we reached the top of the waiting list and we were promised a table would soon be available. A terrible way to start off the evening, regardless of the food they may offer.

April 7, 2026The Xiao Long Bao is their specialty for a reason. It was delicious and came out quickly. I would recommend making a reservation about 2 to 3 weeks in advance to make sure you get a time that you want.

April 7, 2026I visited Din Tai Fung 鼎泰豐 in New York and had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the restaurant felt vibrant and well-organized. I ordered their famous xiaolongbao, and each dumpling was perfectly steamed, flavorful, and delicious. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, making the meal even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in the city.
